Probably because AEW is now the number 1 competition for WWE and they are doing what Impact tried to do and fail that's all i can think of anyway lovebabes.

Basically they don’t recognise the impact World/Heavweight Championship as a legitimate title even though it’s been around for 17 years yet are recognising aew as a legitimate title even though it’s been around for less than a year

That statement I untrue rammy the TNA world title has not existed for 17 years as for many years from when the started they wrestled for the NWA world title this is the belt that all the big names who where in tna when it had some money won, the TNA world title only came into being after they fell out with the NWA and they stopped them using there very prestigious belt, who of note has actually won the TNA belt to me it's on a level with the ROH belt something for up and comers to win before moving on to one of the bigger company, the truth is TNA isn't even a national company in America as they don't tour the country and think it very unlikely they will go over seas now with there limited money so you just can't call the TNA belt a world title
I will say to some hard - core wrestling fans, the TNA title is probably still a recognised & legitimate title. I would say AEW has to be in business and doing the business like WWE for maybe 5- 6 years before people can say it is better title than TNA

Even with there limited money you can still look back that TNA roster over the 17 years, and can't deny that they had some degree of pedigree to their roster. Sting, Kurt Angle Kevin Nash Big Bad Vader, Jeff Jarrett etc all fought for, or held the HW Title belt there at some stage of their careers.
^^ I agree with that but what they didn't do was hold the TNA world title as it didn't exist when they worked for TNA , I believe that's the argument that the current belt doesn't have ever the heritage or prestige from being worn by someone who is a hof level wrestler, that's why having Jericho hold the new AEW belt was so important as it gave it instant prestigious something i feel the TNA belt has never had
TNA stated there title in 2007 after they ended working with NWA but the problem with it is that the first 10 years where good and build up good prestige with champion like Kurt Angle, Sting, AJ styles but then they scraped it in 2017 replacing it with the worthless GFW global title, this lasted a year before the started the current belt in 2018 the impact world title so the current belt is only 2 years old and has no link to the respected TNA world title, this new belt has been held by no one big Austin Aries, John Morrison the two biggest names I feel and they are not superstars it don't seam like a world title at all to many and I would say that's why pwi don't recognize it, it needs to be around for a good few more years and be on the shoulder of a star, best thing they could do is bin it and start using the TNA world belt again as that did mean something,

Yeah but Kurt Angle was the first TNA World Champion so TNA having a legend like that as champion should of give instant prestige to that belt just like it did with Jericho when they had a legend like that as their first AEW World Champion.

Anyway Winsaw the reason why TNA don't have any big names as champion recently is because they all went to WWE after TNA took a lot of WWE's big names WWE done the reserve to TNA which you have to admit at the time was a great business move and ultimately killed TNA.

Anyway the company is going worser by the minute by having a Woman as the Men's World Champion.
PWI is a load of complete crap anyway.

Hope this helps Wink
^so doddle mate, in other words you're saying don't read too much what PWI is saying e=right?
