just tried myself and the same problem again .ive emailed alan again,hope i get a quicker response this time or i think i will cancel my membership,after all we dont get much for our money
all seems ok again now how long for i dont know
thats it i am cancelling my membership i am unable to log in again and i have had no reply to my emails i sent to alan and techsupport at about 3.30

I had an e-mail from Alan earlier today...
"There was a temporary issue with the server which has now been cleared."
& It was ok up until around 5:30. I e-mailed him again shortly after I'd tried to log in again a couple of times. I mentioned the comments on here regarding it too.
I expect it will be tomorrow before anything gets done now.
i couldnt log in from about 9.30 last night until 8.30 this morning,now again its been off since 3.15 today ive sent 3 emails and havnt even had the courtesy of a reply.if thats how they treat their customers of over a year i am now cancelling my membership
