Alan has informed me this morning that the Elite website is going to be offline for a short period at some point today. It's due to the main hosting server being physically moved from one floor to another. So during this time, you may lose the webstream as well, if you were using the website to view it.
So don't panic when it happens. Not sure what time it will be, as Alan said the sever is in the US. So it will be done within their office hours. So lets say between 14:00 - 01:30 our time.
