Sorry if I'm being dim here, but I've never paid Elite much attention before and only recently registered with the VoiPay thingy to get the uninterrupted webstream - only it doesn't work (or at least, the stream still drops & have to reload page to get it back).
I haven't purchased any credit for calls or taken out full site membership - but the ad next to the stream player suggests I shouldn't have to and that I just need to Register to get uninterrupted stream.
So does anyone know if I've read it wrong and need to buy credit, or is there a problem with the VoiPay account or stream? (or as an afterthought, do you only get the uninterrupted stream when making a call?)

^^^^ Yep, you are correct.
As I asked Jamie to clarify that when they switched credit card providers. The stream will run for the normal 30 minutes (if a member), and then time out. If however you are calling the channel when it's due to time out, it won't.
Before anyone asks about the last video update. The "Caty Cole & Hannah Martin - Dirty Weekend" Yes there is a fault with it.
It would seem the mp4 doesn't exist for that one either.
I have informed them of the problem, so hopefully it will be corrected by Rob first thing Monday morning.
I'll let you know, if and when I get confirmation.

Hmm, how to respond to this. First of all, I agree and disagree with you. I'm with you about the length of the video and how nothing happens until a minute and a half left, which is just ridiculous. When the cameraman pointed the camera at the mansion, it was very far away and we were already over four minutes into the video! At that point I knew the sexual content was going to be super brief, and any tension and excitement was gone, which is not something the website producers should be aiming for. If we saw the mansion, and it was four minutes into the video, but the video was 12 minutes long, then we'd still be excited because there would be a good amount of time left for everything else.
My issue has always been, that if we are going to get lots of talking/walking etc, then the sexual content should either be uncensored, or as long as the talking/walking stuff. In this video, there's just over a minute of sexual stuff, but even that is edited and is mostly talking. Now, I know this is their way of enticing the customers to keep renewing their monthly contracts in hope of eventually seeing more, but still, they could even things out a bit more. This video would have been great had there been six minutes of talking/build up, but also six minutes of sexual activity, instead of the latter. I don't mean to suggest that we need explicit content, but at least make the amount of time equal so that we don't feel cheated a bit. My view is that these videos could be very explicit and we'd still be interested in maintaining our membership, so it's not like we'd lose interest after seeing more anyway.
Where I disagree with you is about the acting stuff. We know these women aren't actors, and my guess is that most of us don't care. I quite like the fun banter between the women and the cameraman, and am not picky about their performances, because it's not suppose to be oscar worthy! It's suppose to be fun, which it is! If only they could balance the amount of time, then there would be less complaints.
Dionne's latest video was a pretty good example of nice balancing between the buildup and actual content, and I still think she's the best surprise of the website!
