lol no hoax this year i heard from sum1 about it and it wasnt one of these twitter accounts like indykalia or the official agent lol. the reason the brit papers were late picking up on it is cos alot of the manchester based journo's are in brazil plus it seems certain leaks have stopped coming out from he club now as well.

We traditionally keep transfers quiet until the deal is almost done.

A statement on Athletic Bilbao's website reads: "Athletic want to announce that they have this week rejected an offer from Manchester United of 36 million euros for the transfer of the player Ander Herrera."

Man Utd have just confirmed they have signed Ander Herrera on a four year deal
