who will you support if liverpool play porto in the champions league next season?
Joe Cole, released by West Ham, is to sign a 2 yr deal with Aston Villa.
The signing of Brazilian left back, Guilherme Siqueira, officially announced by Atletico Madrid. Even more likely now that Filipe Luis leaves them and replaces Ashley Cole at Chelsea.
Man Utd are looking to sign Barcelona star Alexis Sanchez for £20m, and are also considering a £20m bid for Bayern Munich star Bastian Schweinsteiger.
I'd be very happy if we manage to capture these two players. United also supposed to be making enquiries regarding defenders Miranda, Benatia and Ogbonna.
While liverpool mess teams around to death with their signings united will probably just pay up snd get our targets like sanchez, shaqiri, lallana...

So far we have signed emre can, and ricky lambert, hardly champions league quality players and not likely to persuade suarez to say, i am dissappointed to be honest.

Give them time. The majority of signings won't happen until after the world cup. Ricky Lambert will get you a decent share of goals. He may not be top drawer but he's an old fashioned style of English striker who will certainly contribute.
My United might have more money to spend but they have a more pressing need to clear out the deadwood and strengthen in weak areas.
Roberto Mancini has left Galatasaray after only 1 season in charge, but Roberto Martinez has signed a new 5 year contract at Everton.
