I have both the 3 and 4 sitting next to each other. The one thing that has struck me is how many games are yet t be released and how few games of quality are available. Bandwagon is correct when he says its a good idea to hang on for a bit. This was my plan but someone fucked it up and bought it for me!

I would say at the moment I use my 3 more than the 4. Kalel you can get multi port HDMI splitters for about a tenner so you should not have to change cables all the time.

I think we will see in about a year this console come in to its own but it will take at least that long.
I am the same will probably be playing the PS3 and Wii U a lot more as i have loads of games yet play. Only got it as i was given a good deal on it i don't regret buying it one bit. Gonna have a look on Amazon for a decent HDMI splitter.
The user interface on the PS4 is vast improvement over the PS3 and its so easy to use, everything was set up the same way as it was on the PS3. the only thing i don't understand is that hard to understand who i have online is using a PS3 from a PS4. When it comes to downloading loading software it seems a lot faster there a few things that i still need to work out and get used too.
Also received through the post these thumb grips for the joy sticks i decided to get them as heard stories about the rubber over time peeling off and secondly these grips are lot better when using the dual sticks i highly recommend getting them and there easy to fit over the dual sticks.
Just downloading the PS4 demo of Fifa 14 i really hope this is a lot different to the PS3 demo especially with all that extra horse power the PS4 has.
Loving the PS4 so far but one thing i have noticed is that am playing the Fifa 14 and i can go back to the main PS4 dashboard and then go right back into the game is normal thing or is it only on certain games it does that for?.
No I think that's a new feature for the PS4.
My friend was doing that on Battlefield 4 and it's very useful for changing settings etc.

Nice one so far am really enjoying the PS4 Sony have really put a lot into it and trying make it really different from the PS4. Everything so much easier to use and the interface is just amazing. I do wish that the game installs weren't so large tho lol.
Wanted to ask is it worth investing in another pad, i've looked around and every where else is charging about £55 pounds for one. The cheapest i have seen is £39.97, i only the PS4 at the moment and i expect the pad to last but is just worth hanging on to having one pad at the moment or buying another one at that price?
And by the way if any one wants to add me on the PS4 my user name is kalel-09 its the same as my PS3 one Smile.
I suppose the choice to buy a new pad largely depends on whether you'll be needing it to go two player, or whether you struggle to keep the one you have charged. My only advice would be to avoid the likes of EBay etc if you do go ahead. I say this through personal experience of buying a cheap, fake PS3 pad and learning the hard way. I'm not sure if the replicating Chinese have managed to knock one up yet for PS4, but if not it won't be long Rolleyes
The problem is they are very good, and without knowing what to look for you can easily be fooled. They don't even perform that bad initially, until the buttons become loose after a few months and they don't hold their charge. Also they suffer from a slight input lag which is more noticeable especially if your an avid gamer.
I would only ever buy from a reputable store with a receipt. The clowns on EBay even guarantee official merchandise, even with the fakes, so don't chance it and if it's too good to be true, it usually is. Smile
