Had a strange incident with my Sony controller last night. I could navigate the menus but when in a game the x button refused to work. I tried several games and had the same result. I switched off and on but no difference. I then switched off and waited an hour or two and bizarrely it worked. There was an update a day or two ago so not sure if thats related...or more worryingly, if it's anything to do with those sinister Sony hackers hidden away in North Korea
Apparently Playstation has been hacked by a group of hackers called Lizard Squad, believed to be based in Russia. They took down the psn network today meaning that many players were unable to get online. Sony are working to restore but have some way to go yet though can't say I have experienced issues getting online.
The same group took down xbox a couple of weeks ago and have threatened to take down their network again over Christmas.
You have to wonder what sad unfulfilled lives these tossers must have if ruining the fun of thousands is the only way they can get their kicks.
There just doing it to cause trouble and gain attention am lucky that i haven't any problems whether its been on PSN or on the Nintendo Network they did the same thing to EA if am not mistaken the Destiny servers too. I did hear there planning on doing something big on Xbox over Christmas which will probably mean PSN too really sad what there doing

its probably more fun hacking the psn network than playing on some of these shit games they are releasing...
Maybe if they made better games it would keep people entertained and they wouldn't get bored and start hacking?
