so why did these girls leave in the first place???? im sorry to say it but if i ran a company and one of my employees left to 'further' themselves in the industry only to come running back with their tale between their legs because 'things didnt work out' i know what my response would be!!!

all of the girls that have gone running back to their original employers have been very VERY lucky to get their jobs back and i hope they all realise that!!!

Well then guys, there seems to be a huge amount of debate around the return of Cara. I am a follower of hers on twitter and I think, she was lured away with the promise of big bucks.
Combine that with some difficult personal issues she has faced over the past few months (I won't go into details, but those in the know will appreciate this!) I think it has been hard enough as it is without you lot having a dig! Don't get me wrong, I have become huge fans of Bex, Sammie and Rachel (not forgetting Miss Bell on The Pad ) over the past month or so, but there's definitely room for Miss Brett too! Lest we forget guys that the girls are humans just like you or I and with that comes feelings and a life outside of their job!
If I had the offer of a new job for more money I would take it and I'm sure you lot would too, but just remember the old adage that the grass is not always greener....and that happens to us all at some stage in our lives.
I am massively looking forward to having Cara back on our screens and I'm sure she'll get a huge welcome back!

Yes Cara pretty much saw the writing on the wall straight away. She has not appeared anywhere else since leaving Elite, so that is a plus for her. Given the number of new girls trying out at the moment, Cara returning is not as much of a pressure on the current lineup as first thought. It is not a case of anyone having to give way to just her. There is a need for new girls obviously otherwise there would not be such a large number trying out atm.
As long as everything is good between her and Elite, which it seems to be, Cara is a known and already popular choice, Sunday morning should be a good show.

Well she is best mates with Hannah P, maybe she can lure Cara to a nightime show.

Seems to be the (very good) trend for daygirls to do a short night stint.

nah, i don't see cara EVER doing a nightshow. she seems totally uninterested in doing nights; plus having heard her on the phone i doubt she has the filthy talk side of things in her

Good return from Cara today, she has looked very hot in those stockings, it is like she was never gone.

Very good first show back from Cara, 2 hot outfits (liked the stockings one best). Lots of moving around, twirls etc, also Cara seemed pretty busy on the phones. Cara looked very curvy today, I like it, the Brett bum seems to have improved while she has been away!

2nd that a good return from cara, with lots of moving around and she looked great especially in the pink bra and the tiny thong (the outfit alice goodwin also wears). as for cara doing nights dont think it will happen as when cara joined elite i asked her about nights and she said at the time no but you never know and i wouldnt mind seeing cara on nights
