I really hate to say anything negative about the girls on tv but I just cant get my head round Cara's hair. There's too much volume in the hair which makes it look like a badly placed, oversized wig/weave on. She needs to trim it .

That's because it is a wig/weave. Cara has had massive problems with her hair, and had to have very specialist treatments. Hopefully if she gets the OK around December time she can go back to blonde, which is her preference.

Think Cara is generally happier at the moment, and that has transferred to her performances. Not sure today though, maybe she is tired from her trip, or a bit under the weather, but Cara doesn't seem herself.

I actually quite like Cara's current hairstyle, and I'm enjoying her show today. I love the lingerie she's wearing, showing off plenty of her gorgeous body, and those sexy bare feet are on display.

Yes Cara is much happier now, I wonder if she had a nasty caller, right at the start of her shift, as the camera cut away very fast and then Sophia was on both channels for about 20 mins before Cara returned.
