If Cara has returned, I would say big up to Jamie for having her back. She was one of only 3 who had left who I personally actually would have missed. If she is back with Elite, that means 2 out of my 3 are back! Think Cara is going to have to be on top form, the level of Elites programming is much higher now, girls like Alice, Kitty, Rachel and Becky have moved Elite on now. I hope that Cara is back with Elite, and she hits the highs of the rest, she seems to be very close to Hannah P, maybe she could be tempted into a night show special!

If the money numbers on the books suggested it made sense to take Cara back then he was quite right to do it.
(In the same way as Carmen who HADN'T jumped ship, was let go because the money numbers supposedly didn't add up..)

So conversely these girls have just as much right to sniff about elsewhere as Elite have to hire and fire them at will.
The one exception I feel to that would have been Anna, who jumped ship just when Elite was launching her web site after considerable buildup. I think Anna is a great lass but that was definitely the wrong timing to make a move.

As for Cara, that's great she's back. She's one of the bigger 'names' after all and was always a good signing.

I just hope the girls who joined Elite TV to replace the likes of Cara, and the girls who stayed loyal to Jamie and Elite TV don't now get shoved to one side. Cara ditching Elite TV for that other station has certainly given Becky and their other daytime girls the opportunity to show their true potential, which has been great to see.

I agree 100% with that. If she's going to get shifts at the expense of Becky, Rachel or Hannah, to name but three, then I will be seriously pissed off.

Think there are prob enough shifts there, but can't see many more girls fitting in. Looking at this weeks roster, there are at least 3 mornings with only 1 girl on. Plus the girls do seem to go away for a week quite often for shoots etc. The fact that Elite have a lot of glamour girls on their books would mean that (like Mellisa) they could be pretty busy elsewhere at times. Only needs 1 girl to be ill etc, and cover is then needed.

Am surprised to see Jamie take Cara back on tbh always seemed a bit dull to watch and rather static in her movement

i also agree with chilly, it would be unfair now shes back that girls like becky and rachel suffer, as those 2 especially have been a breath of fair air on the day shows.

Maybe the bst thing for everyone is for Jamie to take over one or more of the channels which will be going spare shortly!! That way we can see everyone we like including current girls, any returning girls and any new girls who have just been dumped by 'the bird'!!!

Rachel and Becky have gotten too popular now I would say for them to be affected in any way. Of course it is all a bit of guess work, with only the Elite page to go on. We all remember the whole Hannah M removal and return from a few days ago.
