I wish her very well too, but I'm too depressed about it to sound enthusiastic.
You see pictures like these and you wonder what world it is that makes women want to have boob jobs. Mum and Dad got together and produced an absolute gem. I am sorry but no surgeon could improve upon those beauties. I am sure she will still look gorgeous and beauty from within and in the eye of the beholder etc etc. I sincerely hope it goes well Cara and you are happy with the results after all that is the main thing. Gorgeous, gorgeous photos and I must admit I didn't think she had gone completely naked which gives some hope for a future night time performance maybe?
....and she's just had breast enlargements because..............?

Well the good news is that Cara is safely through the op though has been in a fair bit of pain and sickness

I'm sure we all wish her the best. Cosmetic surgery is a serious operation like any other.
Anyway now that the op is finished, she's been mainly plugging her 2010 calendar in her tweets.
(In which of course she is topless and showing off her original/real boobs).

Glad that Cara has come through the operation. I'm not going to speculate about her motivations for her decision but I've always had the view that she's a very smart and together person as well as being pretty damned gorgeous. Hope that she's back on the TV soon with her great smile.
