Cara Brett (Ultimate Daytime Babe 2011) - Chat & Discussion

Think it's a good move to get cara back. Firstly she fits in with elite's penchant for glamour models on days. Also as has been said the elite day roster is often shorthanded when the glamour models like Alice etc go on shoots. Cara was starting to wear skimpier outfits and move around a lot more just before her brief trip to the darkside

I also hope it does not affect the babes brought in since cara left like becky, Hannah, Rachael and paige

I have to agree with everyone else on this matter,although it's great that Cara is back at Elite and very big of Jamie to take her back,it would be very unfair if it was at the expense of any of the girls that have stepped in and so admirably replaced her when she abruptly left. Elite have such an incredibly strong daytime line up now that it's difficult to see how Cara would get anywhere near as many shows as she did previously.

Have to agree with Chilly & eagle_si on this, girls such as Alice, Becky, Rachel, Hannah & Melissa (when she returns) etc could possibly loose shifts as a result of Cara's return. I hope that this doesn't cause & rift at Elite, as I hear that everyone works together for Elite, but the return of Cara, (who did afterall "jump ship" for the prospect of "better things"), could knock that. While the breakfast show during the week has largely been only one girl, there's a shift or two there, but the dayshow has been 2 girls for a long time now & therefore imo the shifts for Cara would seemingly have to come from reducing the other girls shifts. I guess we'll just have to wait & see if & how this all pans out, but the "loyal" girls shouldn't have to lose shifts to accomodate a returning "one".
The return would appear to be a definate as her pic is on the website, so that would confirm it imo.

14 shifts daytime, 2 girls per shift (Ok so some mornings have 1). That is 28 possible shifts. Atm there are 11 day girls listed including Cara and also Mellissa, so that is 22 shifts at 2 per week each (more like 20 as Melissa has not been around for ages), with another 6 up for grabs. Given that someone is often away etc, and illness sickness and other coverage, 10-12 day girls is about right. Most would average 3 per week, which is what they are doing now.

Variety is the spice of life and I or one welcome back Cara with open arms. Indeed I would welcome any of the girls with open arms! I think what would be a useful bargaining chip for Jamie in return for his willingness to take girls back would be an agreement to be more flexible. I don't mean pushing girls into doing what they don't want to do but perhaps a more flexible shift pattern would benefit all with more shifts available, more day girls on nights and vice versa.

If they had a shift similar to, but not precisely like, Babestation's you would have six slots a day or 42 a week for 14/15 girls maximum!! I am sure they could work something out to most people's satisfaction!!!

the blondies aka becky rachel hannah melissa (if shes still there) and vikki will be fine, there all stunning & been doing great jobs. cara has obviously been very foolish leaving and then coming crawling back... she'll have a job trying to compete with fellow brunettes alice & sammie though! x

Cara is on the schedule for Sunday morning, along with Bryoni, followed by Rachel and Becky. Sounds like a great lineup for a Sunday!

it just shows you with cara and ashley now back just shows you how far ahead of the others elite is and more money cannot buy happiness and a good work environment

the only thing I dont like about it I was hoping jamie might have signed emma spellar and tori lee but with all the girls elite have now not sure there would be room
