I think he'd like to take her up the Archway.
All day everyday doddle Wink
Wasn't sure whether to post this in this thread or the Personal Announcements, but it doesn't matter; this thread is probably better as I am really quite happy for me and Mrs Foggy.

No we are not expecting, Mrs Fs kids are all from her first marriage and grown up.
As a keen environmentalist I made sure my wife had been married before and got that nonesense out of the way.

Good news is that 3 months back Mrs Fs sister invited both of us to her home in Adelaide (South Australia) for Christmas, to be combined with a family wedding in late November.
Thing is I don't know any of these people at all.
Is it ok for me to ask an Australian lady if she likes it down under ?eek
We decided that we might as well celebrate New Year in Oz as well, so that makes nearly 2 months out of the English winter.

Today we officially received our documentation from the Australian authorities.
Flights booked for middle of week after next.

The daft thing is, now we realize their is so much to do that we overlooked.
Arranging for the house to be looked after, arranging with banks to transfer money overseas, getting a relative to give the car a run out now and again
coupled with amending car insurance to cover that.

Apart from me army days before I joined post office, I have only being abroad once.
So it is all a new and exciting experience.

I am now practising "G'day cobber".
Trust me 2 months in the aussie summer and you will be pining for Cold winter Tongue Tongue Tongue
