The other babes do but it is probably the fact that Lucy tends to wear those sexy little dresses so much (others tend to wear tight tops and shorts / Bikini bottom more) that means the chances of an occasional accidental knicker flash from Lucy are more likely to happen.

As has been said here before it is the channels wishes to stay within of tight Ofcom rules that tends to hinder more teasing for the daytime babes (rather than what the models are prepared to show themselves).
