If I remember rightly Lucy's original plan was always to have a boob job after she retired from the channels.
The peculiar logic being that, as the popularity of her natural boobs was the basis for her being a successful glamour model for many years, she wouldn't get fake boobs until she was able to keep them covered up professionally.
I couldn't make sense of that at the time and it makes no more sense now.
