I'm a very open minded person but I don't worship these girls like some others. She chose to have surgery and ruin her body so why feel sympathy if she's in pain after surgery. There are lots of people battling serious illness, it's called perspective.

To be correct, she is doing the Extended Day Show, see her twitter. So, she has had her tits done, but has gone from doing a proper night tease (well that was what it was called but we all know the real truth) to an Extended Day Show, unbelievable.
I always thought she was possibly the best looking girl on the shows, beautiful face and an amazing, slim, natural body. Her legs were always her best asset in my opinion. I will pass judgement on the new boobs until I see them, but I imagine I will wish she didn't have them done.

she's only just had surgery! i think you have to keep special support bras on for the first month. i'm amazed she's back this early. have a word with yourself and show some gratitude
Gratitude/Respect should work both ways and Lucy Anne's attitude towards some of her callers/viewers has been far from respectful in the past,if she is not ready to return at the same level as before better to leave it till she is ready and fully recovered.
Hard to tell any difference with what she is wearing, understandable if she has to wear a support bra, but I was kinda exited to see more cleavage. Guess will have to wait.

Same here. I wasn't expecting lucy-anne back so soon. Once her boobs have fully healed im sure shell be back doing tease shows.
Agree respect should go both ways, if you don't show any respect to someone, don't expect any back
From the (albeit) limited amount I've seen of her new boobs so far, think we're in for a treat, they look great
