Don't you go posting any of that balanced, sensible and intelligent rubbish around here young man. Remove it at once and start kicking & screaming Wink

Kick soft tender bits, not body armour. If picking a fight try to ensure you have at least a chance of winning.

PS. Seems Bang was lying with their explanations and Sky could perhaps have been more transparent. Would it have hurt to tell the truth?
(27-11-2010 02:13 )eccles Wrote: [ -> ]Exactly. Ofcom have tried to be clever. Attacking adult shows might not be universally supported, but not may people are going to stand up for what sounds like near porn over the corn flakes. Ofcom have a PR team, Bang havent.

Having seen a few Early Bird shows even I thought they were pushing their luck with some of the content that was being broadcast. I mean I’m all for less censorship for the babe channels, but there is a time and a place and early morning over breakfast isn’t one of them.
I cant believe whats been done. I loved the nipple slips etc but they knew the rules.
Its nothing short of a fucking disgrace words cannot explain it. Something has to be done about this country. Bangbabes should take ofcom to court over this one, Ofcom have had it in for Bangbabes since day 1. This is the biggest threat now to our enjoyment of all the channels across the board, are we about to see a period similar to post Babestar Tv back in 2006 when they also had their licence revoked and we ended up with highly censored shit shows. Just before Christmas too, Ofcom fucking bastards pure and simple.
yes they are bastards but bang have no-one but themselves to blame as they broke ofcom's rules 60 times in 18 months so no wonder ofcom had enough. also ofcom havent had it in for bang since day one as bang have been goimg for around 5 years. dont just blame ofcom

yes all channels will be quiet but hopefully not for long

Well it sounds to me they have been getting legal advice from my mate Dave from the local pub, He has all the answers Smile

But as already been said Bangmedia have managed to piss ofcom off many times but did also seem to be targeted by them as well, but then to write a statement that was posted by admin is not a good way to get support from us the customer, they knew that ofcom would publish soon after so just does not make any sense what so ever, unless they wanted to put the final nail in the coffin.
It just seems a stupid way of going about things.
http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/binarie...cation.pdf the whole ofcom thing

Also bollocked them for trying to tell us to retune our Sky boxes which if u find out was a forum idea

The only reason they've had it in for bangbabes is because they've broken the regs several times, I think 60 times someone said. When you break the rules once, ofcom watch you more closely and you're file grows. Also if they went to court ofcom would win as they have masses of evidence of rule break.
They've got the website & the girls, they need to get all four streams backup & get the girls on doing & showing what they want. People will still watch & phone in, 80% or more of there audience must have broadband, given there typical viewer. Infact people would watch & phone in more than ever & no ofcom to get in the way!!
So it was the dayshows that were the main problem.
Does Jam Da Man work at ofcom? Big Grin (good description of the girl's outfits)
