Well I'm glad they've been responding to you winsaw. I've been in contact with Cathy, redlightcentraltv and even tried to contact them on twitter about their brand without even a word in response. I posted a rather long open letter a while back about where I felt RLC were going wrong. Giving them, what I believed, to be constructive criticism and never got an answer.
Not having a go at you. You're obviously in contact with someone close to RLC to supply us with schedules, which is appreciated. But other customers, myself included are tired of getting shafted around by RLC AND playboy.

This is total bullshit, just got in from work to find webstream not recorded. Why the fuck am I paying a membership fee for what now appears to be an encrypted stream? The ability to watch and record a decent stream was the only reason to join in the first place. RLC are going to lose a lot of loyal customers over this.

on an outer note just been watching the new stream and it's a 100% better picture than the old one,
one nights technical issues aside i think the cappers will have plenty of fun with the new quality picture

The rlc and playboytvchat websites
have new webstreams , for paying customers the timeout is 30 mins the same as the old webstream only higher quality .
the free section no timeout if you are on a call
this has been done to bring a better service to the customer
in addition the new playboy site which has lots of new content will be free to members of redlightcentral , redLight central website hasnt had much work of late because of the devolpment on playboy tv chat
but you are now getting 2 sites for the price of one

At the moment the timeout on the the rlc members webstream is still 5 mins.

Was the move to RTMPE (encrypted stream) deliberate? Or were the technical details left to others? There are quite a few members of this forum that joined the RLC website solely for the purpose of recording the webstream. For most of those people, the webstream is the only option, as they do not have access to Sky. By moving to RTMPE, you have now removed their only option to record RLC and provide caps/videos for the enjoyment of others. Most of the software that is able to capture RTMP streams will not work with RTMPE. I expect RRROGER will not be the only one to cancel their subscription as a result.

What else would you expect other than abuse? All you've done is basically stop people from recording a stream that they pay good money for. And would you please describe what makes this change a "better service to the customer" ? As far as I can see the stream is just the same quality as it was before.
If you knew anything about your product you'd know that the stream refreshes every 20 minutes and not every 30 minutes.
Would you call it abuse if I said your representation on this board is nothing short of amateurish? Because that's what it is.
Upgrading your site is 1 thing but blocking us from recording your streams is bloody stupid after all that’s why a good lot of us joined your site (for your streams only) I can tell you it's NOT for your pic sets or your video’s cause all of those aren’t worth looking at...
I've already stopped calling 1 of your girls for false promises ages ago & now that you’ve in away said fuck you guys hmm I’ll take the same attitude & stop calling your other girls. That also goes for posting caps & vids which I stopped doing last night. If it comes to it I’ll even ask the mods to remove all my previous uploads as I don’t upload these vids easy cause it takes me hours of editing.
As of now I’m officially finished with RLC.
