A 5 minute time out on the stream is not reasonable for members!
The stream is still timing out after 5 minutes. When will this be fixed?

the stream was not intended to be encrypted this will be rectified today

I am using google chrome and I'm pretty sure it's nothing to do with my set up.
All my settings are exactly the same as before the streams changed but without fail every 5 minutes the stream will time out and the page re-loads.
I hope you can get this sorted as soon as possible.
hey redlight what's going to happen about the normal streams are they still going to be 60 seconds time out? ...
Sweet Just noticed the streams are now iPhone/iPad compatible, shame theres a timeout of them though

I'm a member of RLC & i can't log into the PB site. As for
(this has been done to bring a better service to the customer) What a bunch of Bull Sh*t cause so far all RLC has done is piss of & anger their customers. In my opinion the site was far better the way it was before you did this balls up. We were able to record your streams no problem & now we can't so tell me were this is better for your customers?
If this doesn't change soon next month will be my last subscription with you cause I'm not going to waste any more money of false promises & sites i can't record of...

thanks for that, just hope the new servers stream isnt encrypted by default and cant do anything about it !!
Logged onto new pb site ok yesterday, dont think content as good as rlc though. dont really see the point when main purpose is access to the same streams!
encryption is now off, thanks RLC.
