save a playilist.m3u from the list given
double click on its icon and vlc should play the streams.
ctrl+r to record same again to stop recording.

but honestly if your looking to record rtmpdump/ffmpeg/livestreamer all do it better with less resource overheads.

The most basic of explanations is a special browser with built-in protection that makes out you are in a different country(because you choose another country's servers to connect to) so you can surf the Net completely securely and no-one will know where you actually are-this is good if you can't access another countries goods and services or websites but the downside is that it is pretty slow at times AND some VPN's are paid for, although some are free to use but you only get a certain amount of GB's(gigabytes) to play with per month. im looking for a bit of advice,google chrome,firefox in fact name them all on andriod tv box,up until a month or so back i had no problem watching the babe channels,then bang ,just cant get them to play,messed around in settings ( not exactly sure what i am doing) but nothing seems to work,any ideas what the problem could be ?

Does anyone has issues playing the webstreams on their phones using data ? Ive tried all different sites but the video boxes to play dont load

Try using a search engine and type in the error message if you get one OR search out your particular make and model and see if there is a forum for help and support(there usually is) and someone might have the solution.

I dont get an error message this is all that loads

do they play over a wifi connection?

Yeah fine on wifi but im away on holiday so only have my data...

How do i enable flash ? Im on android
