I don't know the politics of the babeshow business but it seems to me there should be room for plently of variety not just a monopoly by three or four big channels. I'm sure there are a few sad bastards out there who have nothing better to do than to compain to ofcom but i also suspect they report each other to gain some sort of business advantage. If the choice is reduced and the content becomes tame the novelty of watching a bit of 'naughty' before you go to bed will soon wear off and everyone will be a looser.

The best compliment I can give Sportxxx, is that it was a "something for everybody channel". Other channels you can accuse of being same old same old. At least Sport had variety, not to everyone's taste but different.
Now we're stuck with same old same old...our loss..

agree the babeshows are being over targeted and there are much more deserving targets for ofcom
you mention rule breaking by bang babes ,does anyone actually know what they are ? commending the sport for their shows when they were good is one thing ,the owners knew exactly what they were doing when the shows were crap but it didnt stop them charging the earth for , if the channels are to keep complying with every ofcoms whim then the sooner they end the better cause none of them has the guts to challenge them but carry on taking the p charging premium rate for 15R material
dont know but bangbabes broke the rules around 18 times in a short period of time and didnt follow ofcom's reccomendations and orders. and your wrong to say the channels dont have the guts to challenge ofcom. jamie (elitetv boss) has said he'd love to get ofcom in the courts but it would cost too much money and too much hassle in terms of time etc so for now he and elite are playing it safe

well i as well as everyone else realises that to challenge ofcom through the courts will cost ,but what a price to pay?they are happy taking money off the people who ring in for safe shows and as long as they get that they will not dream of a legal challenge nor no other channel ,which leaves us with the simple fact that is its not going to change for the better and if ofcom do carry on then where does that leave them or us? watching girls in shorts and a tee shirt doing knitting at 1 am in the morning ,as long as all the channels go they dont give a toss as long as your calling in at 1.53 per minute
