Sport has been great this year, and it's just the past month and a half which has been less good, despite some shows.

same old bullshit again,its like a merry go round,CAN someone please tell me where it states that ofcom have put their oar in to affect the shows in any way? if so were the sport fined or warned ? i have seen no such evidence from ofcoms complaints list,no other channel has toned down at all, with the girls now down to 2 who do deliver good shows how are they going to continue broadcasting 7 nights a week unless they hire bailey and dani on a full time basis! i remember when denni first joined the sport and quoted that she would have more freedom to express herself there better than she could any where else ,ok we dont know the reason for her leaving but i doubt if she will be any where as good on rlc, the way things are it looks a very rocky ride for the sport during the next few months ;(

The broadcaster at this time was they who cannot be mentioned on this forum but ultimately the responsibility for compliance with a licence condition lies with the licensee and not the broadcaster unless Ofc@m has been informed and agreed to alternative arrangements.
In these instances this is not the case and SEL themselves are being pursued.
The Broadcasting Sanctions Committee can take up to 60 working days (3 months) to reach a decision after hearing submissions by the licensee. A ridiculous amount of time.
This licensee has been fined previously for repeated breaches of the Broadcasting Code, £20,000, but never for breach of conditions, a more serious offence.
Bang Media was fined for a similar offence, £6,000, so with nine breaches plus Ofc@m always add an accumulator for non co-operation expect a minimum of circa £65,000 plus a Notice of Direction for the licensee to demonstrate to the regulator that it now has a full compliance procedure in place.
I might be being optimistic in this finding and Ofc@m might just go for revocation if it considers that the broadcaster has seriously, deliberately, repeatedly or recklessly breached a Licence requirement.

So Dani has said Ofcom are to blame and "Gold Plated Pension" has supplied the Ofcom info .

bit dissapointing the past 2 nites on sport apart from dani,only one girl on last night ,hope the weekends gonna pick up ;D

Indeed boy's, queen b is in tonight so will be a fab saturday night on sport regardless who else is on (im suppose to be on the office but it would be my 5th show since sunday so trying to canx it, im sure u have had enough of me. lol)

Anyway im off as my pillow is in need of some serious head.
