Home connection is nothing special, but I thought these test results from my work connection was a little... interesting crazy.

Do you work in Google's server room? Smile
Surprised Bloody hell, you could d/l a movie quicker than it would take me to take a DVD from the display unit, open the box and put it into the player!! Tongue

There is some debate about the accuracy of the flash based testers such as speedtest.

http://testmy.net works entirely in the browser, and claims to give a more accurate result. It has a variety of options, and can keep results and plot them on a pretty graph, and even auto-test at regular intervals, handy to leave running through the day to see how the speed varies at peak times.

Speedtest sometimes seems to get 'bogged down' for me, and give silly results, or fails to run completely, but when it works OK, it's about equal with the results at testmy, or any of the other testers, so make of it what you will Smile

to be honest the flash test seems to be more representative of the speeds i see when downloading torrents.

I don't know which one to believe but they both seem good.
