virgin media 10 mb line... glad to say i get what i pay for.
you notice my ping is lower even at more than x5 the distance.

It is interesting to see that there is no increase in upload speed for 50mb BB. Past uploads to files hosts used to be between 70-90 kb/s. Now upload's are between 200kb/s for megaporn and 250kb/s for Rapidshare. Quite the jump in speed. Upload speed is more important to me for obvious reasons
