As DB83 has posted, non-compliant footage is to be removed from S66 videos - http://www.babeshows.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=60312
This means caps showing more will be removed, the cap in this thread has been deleted.
The 8 week delay was lifted on videos being posted (Fernanda is subject to her own delay), not on slips, flashes etc, so anything more than a nip slip shouldn't really be posted. Let's just say, if it's obvious, avoid it.

Out of curiosity - and this is not because I want to bring up the whole 'does it qualify?' debate again - did that last clip of the blonde in the cream dress go out on Sky or was it just one of these webstream oops?

I ask because it's handy to know if these Sky broadcast 'incidents' are still occurring.
^^Actually, your post does bring up the 'debate' again. Better to contact a mod direct than just post about it ad-nauseum' (that's boring in plain-speak')

Whether the creator of the clip, an extended version of the final scene is posted elsewhere, could be certain that it was not broadcast when he created/posted it is, of course, debatable. I am quite sure it was not.

Whether it still should have been posted is also debatable since it is, in a way, contrary to skully's guidelines ie ".....Let's just say, if it's obvious, avoid it".

But, hey, I am not a mod so why draw people's attention to it ?
I'd actually like to know too if it went out on Sky. Not dissing the clip, the more the merrier and thank you for the effort put in, but I too am curious if this was just off the webstream, little corner box or full blown TV show. It makes a big difference if it was aired.
If it was broadcast on the perv cam and included, then it would be removed, but if it's something that was on a free to view stream, then it's a bit of a grey area. So although we don't encourage it, it's a broadcast mistake on the part of the channel, so posters aren't technically doing anything wrong in these cases. Of course if the girl or channel requested removal, than that would change things.
