Slip caps for the most part are harmless and in many cases accidental (I've posted plenty), as far as I'm aware they haven't lead to any major problems, but, if a channel operator/owner request that something not be posted, in many cases we comply.
If you were to set up an independent forum to host all content that a channel/company deemed troublesome (whether it was or not), and they asked and you refused to remove it, you would find yourself with a lovely take down notice or threat of legal action.

On what basis in law would they launch legal action? After all, they broadcast it themselves originally:

"We are going to to sue you for something that we broadcast that breached OFCOM regulations..." Yeah right. Never get to Court because for a start they would be signing their own death warrants by admitting they breached, even if there was a copyright. And they'd have to take on all the big Hosting sites too.

It would be breach of copyright, they own the copyright of their broadcast content, we have permission to have the channel content that we have here, that's why we have no Xpanded pics, caps or vids, as they removed our right to have anything of theirs on the forum, chat and non Xpanded content only (see their section). In the case of Playboy/RLC it's them being overly cautious because of previous problems, so ignoring their request isn't in our best interests, I'm not saying it would ever go this far, but why should we potentially risk losing the right to have all that content over a couple of nip slips here and there, it's not remotely worth it.

Oh, dear, it's a real pity we can't post pictures and vids of the Xpanded girls sitting there in their bras and three pairs of knickers.
