So straight after I saw this I called her to see if she would do it again. She said her top was on too tight but laughed. I asked her to move around a bit or try to adjust it... She did move a bit and seemed to want to free them up but wouldn't adjust. In conclusion I think this was by accident but if she is wearing a looser top I think she would be inclined. Will be calling her when she does!
