When this topic started, there was more latitude in what Ofcom allowed. The slip is normally accidental but Ofcom look at it differently. Their argument is if the girl dressed differently there would be no slip. Which is why s66 have had all sorts of issues with Fernanda and Ofcom and why none of her content appears here for the 8 week period.

The pics, clips and talk just make it easy for them.

Why 8 weeks? Are Ofcom powerless to act on evidence that is older than 8 weeks?

In the last 24 hours since the other channel grassed them up you will see that S66 have put the girls in boring, unslippable tops. Thanks a bunch BS.

Seems to me that this thread should be abandoned all together if it only serves to provide evidence for those who wish undermine the very thing it celebrates.

^^ AFAIK channels are only obliged to keep their recordings for 8 weeks against a potential Ofcom complaint.

That is why PBTV/RLC (pre Xpanded) would not allow for any video posted here in that time-frame.

s66 also attempted the same - there is a sticky on the forum - but that was quickly rescinded. Except for Fernanda content.

BTW s66 does not dictate what the girl initially wears. But the producer can ask the girl to change in the event of an 'accident'

Is this not an independent website from the channels? And if it's not why don't we just create a new forum that is?
Surely people can post whatever they want.
If it's broadcast on TV it's fair game after that what happens with the content.
I don't understand why the mods have to pull things from the site at all.
