If anyone's wondering why the Ukrainians haven't bombed that convoy, their ability to strike both from surface to surface and their air force is quite likely heavily depleted and they need to keep it in reserve.
In general it looks like supply of arms and ammunition is critical at this point and the ability to get promised supplies to the front line is going to be the thing that makes or breaks the UKrainian resistance.

It seems the Ukrainians didn't get the MIGs after all. I suspect it was over-optimistic reporting rather than a u-turn by the countries concerned.
