Would you suspect it is morre likely Russia than Ukraine?
I read a thing saying the US may supply Ukraine with them, don't know if they have though, I only googled for a couple of minutes.

FYI, during my very quick search...using the internet, these countries use them. UK, US, France, Russia, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan, Pakistan, Oman, Thailand, China, India and Taiwan. So not exactly uncommon.

It's amazing what you learn by asking the internet instead of posing a question on a forum. lol.
To be fair if he'd just looked it up this thread would likely be at least three posts lighter!Tongue

It looks like Russia is turning to Iran for supplies of arms and ammunition.
Last week, Amnesty International published a report which says that the Ukrainian army is endangering the life of civilians by basing themselves in residential areas. The report was rejected by Ukrainian government representatives as placing blame on it for Russia’s invasion. The human rights group’s researchers found that Ukrainian forces were using some schools and hospitals as bases, firing near houses and sometimes living in residential flats. The report concluded that this meant in some instances Russian forces would respond to an attack or target residential areas – putting civilians at risk and damaging civilian infrastructure.

It also criticised the Ukrainian army for not evacuating civilians who could be caught up in the crossfire. “We have documented a pattern of Ukrainian forces putting civilians at risk and violating the laws of war when they operate in populated areas,” said Agnès Callamard, Amnesty International’s secretary general.

It was also denounced as unbalanced by Oksana Pokalchuk, the executive director of Amnesty International in Ukraine, who resigned her post and left the organisation in protest.

Per Wästberg, founder of the Swedish division of Amnesty International, has also resigned from the organisation.
