Where? I couldn't see anything obvious, but it wouldn't be a surprise, sounds like something he would do.
Even if he doesn't plan to actually use nukes, putting things in place as a show of force/scare tactic, would be right out of a mad dictators handbook. It's scary to think that there is nobody in his circle that can talk him down.

The stories in the press derive from a tweet by an “Independent Defence Analyst” and they have cherry picked from & twisted it to get clicks.

It's a wind up. I very much doubt they'd be transporting nuclear missiles out in the open towards a war zone.
Any nuclear strike would be launched from silos in Russia or subs in the Black Sea.

According to Ukraine, Russia is now their biggest arms supplier. 320 tanks have been sent to Ukraine by the West, but 421 have been placed in Ukrainian service after being abandoned by Russian forces. With armoured vehicles the figures are 250 from the West and 637 left behind by Russia.
