That happens every year, in every competition on this forum, especially the Ultimate Babe award...
I wonder if this result is anything to do with how many shows a performer does on tv, rather than the web. Anyone watching wholly or mainly on tv would have no idea how brilliant Jess has been lately. It seems to be ridiculous to see her below Preeti and Clare.
