Kosovo is the only one I know, now that Gibralter are.

Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion and Mayotte because FIFA regards them as part of France. The Falkland Islands because FIFA regards them as part of the UK. Greenland because FIFA regards them as part of Denmark.
