I think it's Brunton Park, home of Carlisle Utd.

Yes, it is

That's good. Here's a similar question. Which football stadium anywhere in the world has the highest capacity without having a roof on any part of the stadium?
In the season just finished, which 4 former Chelsea employees managed clubs playing against Chelsea?

Correct answer, well done groundnpound.

Unusual fact: Assuming the first 3 stay in their jobs, if Mourinho is Chelsea manager next season he'll be facing 3 clubs managed by his backroom staff from when he was Chelsea manager last time.
Could guess all day regarding William H Bonney ground question and not know the answer. So concede this. So heres another question.

This years FA Cup final managers had the same Christian name, when was the last time it occurred.

Camp Nou?
Pretty sure it's Camp Nou, I was there last year, When you see it from outside it's amazing it can hold 99,000+, Think it's 3rd biggest but the other 2 have partial roofs (Salt Lake in India 120,000 & Azteca in Mexico 105,000+) Surprised the Maracana only holds 88,000 but it holds the official record of 199,000+ for a game.

A very good effort lads, but Camp Nou does have a roof on one side, as this picture shows

The answer is Stade VĂ©lodrome, Marseille, with a capacity of 60,000. However a roof is currently under construction there and should be finished in 2014. It's part of a package of improvements to stadiums in France in preparation for the hosting of Euro 2016.
Harsh that Mr Bonney! Rolleyes It's more of a canopy. If it rains in Barcelona almost everyone in that stadium gets soaked... bladewave
