Well if they can treat their top talent the way they have they'll do it to others too.
I hope they can come up with an amicable solution but I ain't banking on it. I just hope the thought of potentially losing Lola to BS is enough to put the frighteners on 66 to make amends and get Lola re-signed. But like I said, not hopeful

apparently shes asked for the money for the shift that she lost and also wants to be paid a basic wage not a percentage they said they will get back to her

Fair play to her for trying that, she clearly realize how desperate they are , I can't see how they can give it to her as every other girl is then going to want the same deal, it would also take her from being an independent contractor to becoming a paid member of staff which has not happened very many times in babeshow history, hopefully she's asked to keep all her OF money as well to really make the point,
I seen on Twitter she has talked with bs today so hopefully they make her an offer she can't refuse,
Think the girls should all ask for the same god knows how many times they have lost money because the phones or the systems are down or they fucked up the shifts

Yes that's what I assume she meant. I think the expression "basic wage" has given some people the wrong idea.
