Leicester's form has been really poor the second half of the season, the collapse against Bournemouth just epitomised it. Momentum looks to be with Man United for 3rd spot. Wolves in good form, Chelsea very inconsistent, it's going to be a good battle for top 4 in the last 3 games. Wouldn't be surprised if Wolves just sneak it.

Part of me would like to see a non big 6 team to get into the champs league, fear I have for Leicester is, if they miss out on the top 4, a few of their top players will be sold, love for them to keep them all and see how they do next season in Champs league.
Think they'll lose their top players anyway, regardless of whether or not they get top 4. As was previously stated they lost some big players after winning the league too. I think Ndidi will definitely be snapped up by someone else, he's just too good to not be playing champions league football and challenging for titles. He'd be the big loss they wouldn't be able to recover from I think. Possibly lose one or two more from Chilwell, Maddison, Tielemans or Soyuncu.

I agree with Ndidi, they already signed a replacement, I think if they were in the champs league, they could convince a few to stay for at least one more year. Their last 3 games - Sheff Utd, Tottenham and Man Utd SurprisedSurprised
What a final 3 games to have.
So it's 5th place for Leicester then, despite being 14 pts ahead of 5th place at the halfway mark. But being realistic, at the start of the season we would have thought 5th place was terrific.
Now that the 'excitement' over the European Super League is waning, I'll get a mention in of Leicester City having reached the FA Cup Final for the fifth time and the first time since 1969. Our semi-final win last Sunday got overshadowed with the ESL announcement that day.
Mia is getting excited

Wow, Mia's gone up in my estimation. I now regard her as the top girl on the channels. Heart

Since I'm here anyway, here's a random fact. Kelechi Iheanacho in his first 76 appearances for Leicester managed 14 goals, but has now added 14 goals in his last 14 appearances. He also wears the 14 shirt.
So only a point last night at Southampton. Was quite a game with Southampton battling for over an hour with 10 men after a straight red card after only 15 minutes. from what I heard referee had no option since Vestergaard was the last man in brinigng down Vardy. I don't think a point suited either team to be honest and really it was a gamde Southampton needed to win.
Did they get spanked or what last night whether that has hit the Foxes hard or not in terms of getting CL footbsll next season remains to seen. I imagine now Steve Bruce probably will get the Magpies out of the relegation zone and still get sacked.
