Well who knows? The board have put out a vague statement which could mean almost anything.
Wonder if it's got something to do with the recent happenings in Thailand and the sacking of Pearson's son. Can't imagine the owners of Leicester being over thrilled with taped gangbangs and racist comments being associated with the club and the manager's family in particular. After all they had already sacked him once and, although he did an excellent job in keeping them up last season, he got into quite a bit of bother with the FA and the media.
It's funny how every manager and his dog is being linked with Leicester, even managers who have turned down bigger clubs than us.
Thread of conversation in the office today (I'm a local lad) was that it was all to do with his retard son and that sex tape. Our owners took extreme exception to the incident, heard they are very religious, and Nigel's bullish approach to the incident was what sealed his fate.

Wonder what odds on Robbie Neilson. Got Hearts promoted from the Scottish Championship ahead of Rangers and Hibs, has served his coaching apprenticeship under Craig Levein and was a former player for Leicester under Levein. He has a good reputation for being a progressive type of coach, studying all aspects of the game and sports psychology, etc. He wouldn't cost the Earth and since English clubs like Scottish managers there's no reason he wouldn't fit what they are looking for.
Sky Sports News reporting that Claudio Ranieri has been appointed Leicester manager.
