No that was a clear foul.

Thought the way the Americans celebrated the Germans missed penalty was a disgrace. Fair enough if the goalie made a brilliant save but to celebrate a mistake by the taker the way the americans did was totally classless.

Back to the present. Fantastic penalties by both teams though both decisions were dubious to say the least.
