I've found Lousia quite helpful in the past, as was the incorrigible Amanda Rendal on Babestation this afternoon.

you won't get much more full on than me, if I call I don't want to be talking about the latest designer shoes or hand bag the girls have been given off wish lists or how cute their little doggy is I know which girls I like and who twists the rules, no innuendo bull shit about having a work out with a stiff muscle or the like it's all or nothing
