I am fairly certain that webcam services have less regulations to obide by than TV. Kara De La Hoyde would probably not have a bar of it if she was on one of the TV channels.

She was live on TV taking the call just her Webcam was on also i don't think she realised the webcam sound was on.
^ AFAIK, whether the girls are on webcam only or not if they are using the operator's daytime number to take a call they are supposed to abide by phonepayplus' (I think it's called) rules: No explicit chat in the daytime.
