You can keep saying to email you for a refund, the principle is to get this fix and provide us the service your saying. I'd rather you get someone to check the laptop for no video/black screen and get it working than keep using the whole "we will refund your credits" saying.

I haven't asked for a refund yet but i might do! That's over 500 toks i've lost so far. Lori knew the damn thing wasn't working & did nothing.

The thing is, I'm offering you all refunds because this isn't a quick fix!

I wish you could all spend one night in the studio to get some understanding of everything going on.

My problem right now is that for years and years, web has not really had an involvement in TV. We've got production heads that have been here since day dot, they know the TV product like the back of their hand. What I'm asking them to do is to maintain something foreign in the studio, while all the while they're also pushing hard to make sales on TV with everything else that goes into that. TV is their focus.

I gave them the Production login so that they could check in now and then to see the feed is working. I noticed last night they seem to have just left it in there. But someone isn't going to be able to watch the feed at all times! If someone is doing that, it means they're not doing something else. There's not someone in the studio dedicated to this. It's something extra for them to do that is going to take time to bed-in.

This is why I offer you refunds. I can't tell them "do this", they say "ok" and everything 100% fine. Also, it wasn't black screening all night, it's such a lottery. So they may check it and it's working, then not go back to it for half hour, in which time it's dropped out.

I can literally do no more than I'm doing to get this to work, so I offer you guys a refund of the credits you've lost while we gradually iron out what these problems are and as the production team get more and more used to the product.

At the moment, it's obviously not working as well as it can, so we're looking at other solutions. One of them is a new way to present it and locate it in the studio, which would make it as easy as possible for the guys to keep tabs on it, or we might just remove it altogether, because if this continues to happen it's just amateurish.

So basically... Yes, it's not quite right. No it's not going to be fixed straight away and the same problems could well happen tonight, so don't be surprised by them. Take my offer of a refund and don't spend your money on it when it's blank. It will hopefully gradually get better.

I'm tempted to just remove it completely from tonight, but the thing is, it's not broken all the time, I want to try and get to the bottom of it and make it work. I want to keep the service because I think it's cool when it's working.

Oh by the way, how do you know that Lori knows that the feed has dropped out? I'm just interested as if she does know I can ask her to say something when she notices.

The thing is, when it goes dark, it doesn't show up on the laptop you're putting the show out from, your video window stays up and running perfectly. So there's no way of her knowing unless someone in the chat room as said something and she's read it.

For some strange reason it seem to happen more often in the new studios then in the old studio and more often when the quality is higher. (More bandwidth required)

Just a few suggestions for debugging.

Do you guys run the laptops on wireless?
Did you try to debug it with testing other laptops?
Using a cable instead of wireless?

I written a few flash apps thru the years for livestreaming and never seen a problem like this.
My wild guess would be that you got a network dropout and the webcam software is not able to reconnect the camera to the stream server.

Some nights when I come back from going out and come in to check ome babes are on its just black sometimes, sometimes it is working then sometimes it does not show next time you go in later. That is why I mention to you in the last few posts about having a staff with a membership to see for yourself and spy to see what we mean. I would rather you see the problem yourself than hear the "black screen" moans from us. I am sure you think we are bullshitting you with this black screen myth. As with lori, last time I saw on our tv screen when we had a black screen, the laptop was on the corner of the tv and her video of herself was still on her machine but nothing was coming through on our end. We cant help you anymore with this as I am sure the problem is on your end, whether it is a internet connection problem, software problem or just a webcam conflict.

Hope you find the solution.

The reason i said she knew it wasn't working is because she wouldn't stop looking at the LP. From watching her on TV it even looked like she pushed the cam out of the way plus when i left comments that the cam wasn't working there were other's saying the same thing / i saw 1 comment before i left her chat. If i'm wrong in saying she knew it wasn't working I'm Truly Sorry....

Regarding your (Take my offer of a refund and don't spend your money on it when it's blank) We don't know the screen is black till we log in! That means 30toks is wasted at every log in. As for a refund i may take you up on that, i can use it on Leigh Darby's chat tonight! mmmm what an ass....

So much for Ben's HD webcams. Lacey L is on a pervcam now & it's no longer in wide screen. They've changed it to a box which looks bloody stupid

Daisy Finally did a percam show last night but the only bad thing was she kept her panties on . It was the same with Tiffany she did a pervcam before Daisy but i must say from what i saw from both shows i really enjoyed it! I love a hot ass view...

The bad thing is i fell asleep not long after Daisy left the office set so i missed out on other pervcam shows . I just hope i didn't miss another Tiffany pervcam!!

Seems like it's the death of the pervcam as we know it. More or less the same view as on tv the last days. The same goes for Lori tonight.
So why pay 3$/min for something you can get for free on tv. :S Rather spend the bucks at Hannah Martin at the studio66 webcam tonight.


Or maybe she's being recorded for playback later. Maybe that's all the bullshit is about.
In that case that the pervcam shows are gonna be censured and recorded I spent my last cent on the pervcam. And I think many other also will stop watching them.
