same old story with leigh perv cam totally black screen ??? can some one fix this occurring problem? or have one of your guys sign up as a member and c how it feels for paying members to see a black screen?

With the laptop's, we've only ever had 2 as far as I remember, and now one's not working. Someone probably dropped it or got baby oil all over it!

It is entirely possible that sometimes there are temporary blips. I've been into Lori Pervcam tonight and the quality is amazing, the best I've seen us put out on Pervcam.
It's also entirely possible for there to be problems on the user end as well as ours.
It's very hard to run a 100% perfect service 100% of the time, in fact it's impossible. No company, large or small, can do that. This is why I give you all my email address if you want to talk to me about credits you've lost during black screen issues, which I will refund, and/or invite you all to PM us for the same reason. I've not received one email or one PM about this.
I think you guys are way too quick to jump on the producers and the girls and say no one cares, without really knowing what the problem is, or how we work. While at the same time you don't accept my offer of compensation when things do go wrong for you. I'm not sure that makes too much sense.
Still, I'll carry on doing what I can do make it work well more often than not.

That temporary blip had been happening for over a year. Should think someone would have fixed it by now.
I didn't check out Lori's cam after both Beth and Leigh had black screens when I tried. So the chance that Lori's cam would work was small. But I'll check it out for sure if she comes online again.

I think most of the users understand this. There is not like there is alot of diffrent problems. There is more or less just only 1 problem and that's the blackscreen that have been a problem for over a 1 year and still not fixed. One thing can I promise you and that is that the blackscreen problem is not at the users end as told by BFTV both here on the forum but also as a reply to the users who sent a mail about the problem.

You make it sound like the the lack of support (from the bs support) and girls who ignore that people who write to them in groupchat that the camera isn't working is something brand new. I don't think any of us are quick if you take the time to check the feedback that have been left here on the forum (and god knows how many mail have be sent and never gotten answer when a camera don't work). The first post about the blackscreen was done in august 2012. That is 14 months ago.
We had girls leaving the set and not logging out just showing a empty studio. Or I would guess producers who just turn the webcam away showing a wall and not checking if the webcam is logged out.
It have happend to me that I entered the pervcam and people from the studio crew have seen it and just laugh and gone away. (Around a half year ago)
But as you said. We don't know how babestation works.
But 1 thing I know after servral years with babestation is that the customer support is horrible. And then I mean for babestation in general and not just the camsite.
With the feedback about the studiocam/pervcam that was given back to the users the first 6-8 months was more or less "The Blackscreen problem is at the users end, If you don't accept that you piss off and go to some other camsite".

I think in the end (atleast for me) it's not so much about losing $2 or $3 those nights the camera don't work. For me is that when I enter a camsite I do want it to work and not getting the blackscreen 2-4 times a week or getting excited to check out the girl and just find a empty studio or a wall.

I think the those of us that do your type of job for a living have some sympathy for you and I think we appreciate the fact you come on here to talk to us; if it wasn't for the f****g technology and the b*****d users then there would be few problems
If you'll take a word of advice this is all about training and process. Its an old gag, and adapted for all uses, but goes something like this:
"Whats the difference between a producer and a computer?"
"You only have to punch the instructions into a computer once"

another night of black screens on preeti and lori. get your staff/crew to sort their act together. if you they get the cam on then make damn sure it works.
I was so fucked of with Lori's black screen i left 5 messages. In 1 of them i said plz get some 1 to either fix the cam or turn it of cause members are wasting $ on ur black screen.
Over the past week nearly i've lost near 500 toks
Lori's cam is a back screen tonight again
