This will answer your question Hexit.

With regards to tonight's show it depends which way you look at it. From a SKY point of view it was very poor, from an Astra/Hotbird and web point of view it was a true return to form.

I was watching with interest tonight to see if any mistakes happened such as broadcasting the same hot strips that was shown elsewhere barr SKY.

With regards to how long this splitting the difference will work I have a feeling that what ETV are trying to do is give us SKY viewers a taste for the show and then once they see they have an audience/customer base I'd imagine they might be tempted to buy channel 945 outright and try to sell the show as to us for a small subscription join up fee in order to bypass the Ofcom regulations aswell as the unnecessary hassle of having to constantly monitor what is broadcast to us.

ETV have a long term plan I suspect with phase 1 underway as we speak. They want to entice us with the promises of a more satisfying show without all this ofcom crap.
Or it might be simply a way to attract more paying customers to their Website (as your TV stream is virtually pointless) with no added expense for them (as they're not employing specific girls for the UK part of the show, just different cameras).

Perhaps it won't get more call revenue, but perhaps that won't matter if the costs of running the channel are lower. I've no idea what Cellcast are paying for the Euro Babes feed, but if it's less than it cost to run Starlets of Babestation then the channel doesn't have to get more calls than Starlets Of Babestation to be more successful.

I would have thought that ETV would be paying cellcast for the broadcasting time on the channel and not the other way round, or maybe a revshare agreement or a combination of both.

But agreements do vary alot for example for mainstream TV, in the UK the channel operators (like ITV) have to pay the platform owners like Sky to have a slot on their EPG.
However In the US it is the other way round where companies like DirectTV and Dish pay broadcasters like FOX, CBS and NBC.
Well all this 'hot' stuff on the standard web feed/Astra19/Hotbird feed must have happened much later than when I was monitoring them.

Not that I am really bothered. If they can use different cameras with alternative angles then fine. Another throw back to the dildo shows that broadcast both on Eurotic and INXTC. Only one showed the view below the waste. Yet all the callers had the view above the waste. Now the reverse is true. I just do not see the channel attracting a paying audience on Sky. And a split just encourages the Sky free-loader to watch the webstream.

If there's a revshare agreement, meaning Cellcast are giving ETV a share of the call revenue on Sky 945, then in effect Cellcast are paying for the Euro Babes feed. Whether they pay a flat sum or through a revshare they would be paying either way.
