I get a certain Christy Ley feeling with Candela. Christy is (I think we can say "was" at this point, I don't see her returning) a super energetic girl and you could see that the concept of BS24 was draining her enthusiasm really fast. We had this topic before, but I don't think that's easy anymore. With the camsites, I think most of those Babes don't see the reason why they should do these restricted TV shows.
I think that's the best explanation why BS24 is struggling now to constantly find new and - first and foremost

You are right. But there are many strippers, escorts and models who do NOT do webcam shows. If I were part of the BS team, I would try my luck recruting some of those and not hire established webcam girls.
Remember Dolly? She was there only two or three times about 1.5 years ago. She was incredibly wild and explicit.

I remember Maya. She was a stripper, too, and she did the best shows of that year. Unfortunately she was very clear that she is only at BS24 due to Corona and that she will go back to stripping.
They need Babes who identify with BS24. Girls who are first and foremost BS24-Babes and who are not there to promote their own webcam shows. This might sound odd, but this makes a difference. Believe me.
The role model is a girl like Lejla-x. She stayed at BS24 for 10 (!) years and was a very good performer until the last day.
