The reason why only one girl per show does the Pervcam and the other girl is so tame is that the other girl is not supposed to take attention from the Pervcam performer. Yes. Channels like this exist to generate money. We have to be honest and realistic about this. To search for new revenue streams is business as usual. But when they make their TV show for the public boring they lose their base of the people who are willing to pay for their "extra services". If the base is smaller there are less people who will pay. Less people who call. Less revenue. At a point in future they can´t pay their running costs. This happened to Eurotic TV.

I have many other pet peeves.
1. The lighting is so aseptic and sterile. Like in a hospital. Why not dim the light a bit. A few candles. A bit of dry ice steam. Red neon light.
2. Stop with the "hand pussy". Where is the point in spreading your legs when you can´t show it? What is sexy about that? I think it is way more sexy to see a bit of the pussy from above or at an angle.
3. They need more "themed" shows. Everyday on a bed or on a couch in the same locations... this is so boring. They did this in the early stages of the show. With oil shows in swimming pools and so on.
4. Get wireless headsets instead of this stupid phones. The girls can´t move.

The Problem is: They will never do this. Because this means effort and investment. And that means: Costs.

This is why I really like Lejla. In spite of these obvious flaws of the show she is trying hard to make the show interesting. She is always nice. She always has a smile on her face. And you notice that she really has fun to do this.

In fact I made this point when the pervcam option started. They use the same system that BSUK uses and, quite likely, the same servers. The only difference is the coinage but that varies on all sites. Even so it would be quite easy, and income generating, to incorporate the cam in to the BS sites.

Some very valid comments above. However when the cam option started I think it was the first Saturday when Lejla and Paula Rowe were on together that both girls used the same cam with different accounts. I do not think that Germany would allow full nudity before 12 CET. They effectively stopped Eurotic in this respect once the EU regulations were in place. Noticable that up to 2008( and that is the relevant date AFAIK) it was all go at any part of the day.

Of course regulators do not usually watch this stuff. They only act upon complaint. Usually from a rival broadcaster (or some mum who has caught her little boy having a 'handy-shandy' ). Of course, right now, BS24 has no effective rival.

This is a bit ambiguous in Germany. Violence is a problem, nudity not so much.

Protection of Youth in Germany is very bureaucratic and complicated.

Germany is the only country in the world that has an "Index". This effectively means that there are 2 versions of 18+.
A movie gets rated in Germany by the FSK (USK for Videogames). This is our Version of the BBFC. The FSK is not governmental. If they give a rating you can show it on TV (18+ like I said after 11 PM) , you can advertise in public, sell it in normal stores.
But the FSK can deny a rating. When they think a movie or videogame is very harmful for people under 18 or they think it even contravenes criminal law, like our Law againt violence grlorification, they can do this.
Then the movie or videogame "goes" to the BPJM. This is a federal governmental institution. There is a council (composited out of social groups) which has 3 Options.
1. They say that it is not very harmful. Then it goes back to the FSK (or USK) and then they have to rate it.
2. If they rule that it is very harmful for people under 18 then they set it on a list. "Liste A" means that this movie or videogame can´t be shown on TV. You can only sell and advertise it in places which are restricted to persons over 18. Porn is automatically "Liste A".
3. If they rule that it contravenes criminal law they set it on "Liste B". This means that a district attorney and a judge can ban it colmpletely. But even this is a bit complicated in Germany. "Banned" only means that you can´t sell or buy it. But you can own it and watch it at home. The only thing in Germany which is really banned from owning is child pornography and real snuff movies.

So this is just the system for rating videogames and movies

Every movie and (which is relevant for Babestation24) every show on German TV gets rated by the FSF. This is the FSK for TV.
The whole thing gets supervised on the other hand by 2 Institutions. The KJM and the "Landesmedienanstalten". But that is not complicated enough. There are 16 "Landesmedienanstalten". One for every german state.
The KJM has no authority. They exist only to indicate violation of rules on TV. The "Landesmedienstalten" have authority and can punish Channels.

As I said every german channel has a person specifically for satisfying the rules. They are in constant contact with the "Landesmeidenanstalten".

You see: The whole process is highly regulated.

Wrong translation. "Jugendgefährdende Inhalte" means that the show is harmful for juveniles. It´s a warning. Like your "Viewers discretion is advised".

Technically this is the wrong term. Because as you learned above harmful content is on the "Index Liste A " which is not allowed on TV. For "normal" 18+ stuff German bureaucracy has another fine word: Jugendbeeinträchtigende Inhalte (Youth Impairing Content). This is allowed on TV. But this is so complicated that it is normal that even producers of TV shows don´t know the right term.

As I said and you can trust me: There are no restrictions concerning which bodypart you can show at a certain time. Context is everything.
Of course you can´t show full frontal nudity in a sexual context in daytime like Eurotic TV did. Of course this gets restricted even in Germany.

Eurotic TV showed full frontal from 11 PM on in Germany. I think they changed the rules again and to 12 PM after they decided to follow english Rules.
And I bet that Eurotic TV could have shown the full frontal nudity even earlier at 10PM because it was very aesthetic and would be rated 16+ in Germany. But they were a bit too cautious I think.

Germany is very liberal concerning sex and nudity. Only hardcore porn is banned on TV. So the most peculiar censoring decisions are made by the channel makers themeselves.

you may be right. But it is curious that some of the girls never use the pervcam. This is why I think some of them just don't want to do that.

I have a new theory on that. Maybe they are paying the girls who are doing the Pervcam extra money. But they can´t afford to pay all the girls to do it. So there are only 1 or 2 girls. At the moment it seems to be Sydney Pearl and (the obviously pregnant, congratulations on that) Tyra Kadney.
