This cap I have just done of Emma is not as clean and sharp as it may have been in the past is more what I mean to say.

My pic looks ok. Was she moving when yours was taken?
The complicated background pattern used always makes it worse if there is any movement since more data needs transmitting.
I don't know why they keep using these fancy patterns.

Only thing is its THAT leopard print set so may not help in the test... however, is it moving ok? not as stuttered as it has been?

Ill try moving the keyframe rate in between what it was before and what it is now, and also increase the bit-rate... may restart the machine as well.

(As for the set, it doesnt really effect live broadcasts on Sky 912, 948 and 959... so to discount a set just for the web-stream would limit what they could show on Sky)

On 948, movement is smooth but picture worsens with movement, due to the background. Picture is good when there is little or no movement. 11.50am

Well there is a trade off with fluid movement and picture quality I guess ... I could increase the bit rate even more but then people with slower speeds would suffer... so Im trying to find a happy medium, and also prevent the 1fps fault that seems to occur after some time (or at least have it occur less often).

Will have to keep tweaking until I can invest in some faster processors (hopefully I can get a decent enough one on the existing motherboards, otherwise will have to invest in entire machines again)

I think 948 is perfectly acceptable as it is at present.
The picture and movement on 959 with Victoria on at present could not be any better.
That has a fairly simple background pattern.

When Victoria is on her break, I plan to put the same changes on to that machine as a comparison (for a simple set)... but also because at some point in the future, we could see one of those sets on the 959 stream.
