Tiffany was on 959 earlier; the other channels were streaming ok but the 959 stream was having trouble keeping up with Tiff's moves...she was looking fine as well

Tiffany is virtually unwatchable on stream 959 at present. 3.57pm
Its only one frame per second.

A few caps for The Pad tech guys so they can see what we're seeing, namely a buffering star and a frozen screen every couple of seconds.

Hi guys... our streaming hosts have sent us some different settings to use... changed them today and they said they will get back to us tomorrow with some more fixes to do. Had hoped it would start working after the changes at the weekend but not so luck. Made these changes around 6pm... but hasnt fixed the buffering problems.

we have a problem stream 912 and 948 ... they both have cate harrington on it... both at different times? ... slow footage? or what?

Hi Alexxxi... we had a similar issue the other night with Jet... I am trying my best to get it sorted, and wanting to get another internet pipe/connection put in to try and fix the problem.
