Capitals beat the Super Kings by 7 wickets. Delhi did well to restrict Chennai to 187-7, Raina top scored with 54 & added 63 with Moeen (36) in a 3rd wicket partnership, after a tight powerplay with Woakes picking up 2-18 & Khan 2-23. Sam Curran (34) & Jadeja (26) added a quickfire 50 to post a par total. But Shaw (72) & Dhawan (85) added an opening stand of 138 as they coasted home with 8 balls to spare. Thakur, who had troubled England in white ball cricket during the winter, took an expensive 2-53.
