the T&Cs state to check the current amount on the website or on the TV channel, and gives an example of when it is £10, you will receive 2 £5 reverse charge messages

If not, then why are you answering on something you have little to no involvement with? If you are, then why hide behind an inferred lack of involvement to avoid difficult issues? You flit back and forth between being a 'voice of authority' on the matter and a mere office lackey with no power seemingly on a whim.......this doesn't help keep the matter clear
